You might not think of Switzerland when thinking about scuba diving which understandable because the country is landlocked. But scuba diving is fairly popular in Switzerland with beautiful alpine lakes and rivers.

- Lake Zurich
- Verzasca river
Because the water in the rivers and lakes is usually melting water from glaciers it can be very cold. Dry suits are needed, especially when diving outside of the summer season.
